Those who "would highly recommend" this suburban chainster say it's "all good" from the staff that "makes sure" you have a pleasant stay to the "pretty surroundings with fountains and scenery" to the "fine feather pillows" in the "comfortable rooms"; those who wouldn't return, however, grump about "having to pay for Internet", the lack of a free breakfast and the "paper-thin walls" that mean you hear "coughing next door as if it's in your room."

Safety and security.

The hotel facility and location is 3.5 stars. The security is low and nonexistent. Our car was broken into and the security that patrols said they didn't see anything. They also said the cameras do not watch the parking lot. I can see the cameras. The car was under a light, three cars away from the entrance. ...read more

The pool was very clean and warm.
The prices at the restaurant was too pricey for the quality.

There was no help with getting the luggage inside the building, we had to bring it up a set of 10 steps. $30 for an entree and not even a salad with the meal. No one ever introduced themselves or even had a name-tag at the only restaurant in the hotel. The only mirror was in the bathroom, and there was no exhaust fen in there. This made the mirror fog up while I was in the shower and my wife was at the sink. ...read more

Hotel is clean. Couldn't get a room with a king bed unless I pay extra which is surprising.

Clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Also a really nice flat screen, great mattress and pillows.

Would recommend to friends and family. Got unbelievable price on Priceline and although I had to commute to Manhattan I felt it was worth it.

The hotel has a very unique architecture. I enjoyed the comfort and attractiveness of the room.
The hotel is in a poor location. It does not appear to be safe working from the parking lot to the hotel.
